Jason Baker

Jason Baker is Tulsa’s personal Injury Lawyer  specializing in car, truck and motorcycle collision claims as a civil litigator. He has litigated other cases involving assault and battery, premises liability and wrongful death. Jason Baker is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Tulsa County Bar Association. He has served as Chairperson for the TCBA Lawyer Referral Committee and as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Tulsa County Bar Association.

Mr. Baker is licensed to practice law in all Oklahoma state courts and in the Northern, Eastern and Western United States Federal District Courts for Oklahoma. Mr. Baker regularly practices in Tulsa County, Creek County, Wagoner County, Osage County, Mayes County, Okmulgee County, Muskogee County and Washington County. As such, if you have had an injury because of a car wreck in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Bristow, Wagoner, Muskogee or Bartlesville, Mr. Baker has practiced in that county.

Mr. Baker is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, College of Law. At the University of Oklahoma, College of Law, Mr. Baker was a member and editor of the Oklahoma Law Review. Before practicing law he was a liaison in Washington D.C. for the United States Senate.
